Available Wireless Communcations:

We have all become dependent upon Cell Phones for our communications needs.  Unfortunately, they sometimes fail during time of emergency or are not available in a specific location when needed.

 

An Emergency Communications System has been implemented in the El Cariso Village area.  The system includes a GMRS repeater as well as MURS and FRS channels.  Portable radios are available with frequencies programmed for under $50.00 ea.

 A Public Safety Scanner Feed has been setup that will be specifically taylored to any potential or existing threat, general scanning at other times.  The feed will open in your default aud​io player, metadata (Alpha Tags) will display if your player allows.  Winamp is the only audio player I am aware of that shows Alpha Tags.

Ham radio contact is maintained with all adjoining counties including Riverside, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino in the event outside help or information is needed.
